2nd Edition 1949. One of the hardest to find as a 1st or 2nd edition with a wrapper. The third book in the Faraway Tree series. This is the first end edition I have handled in trade with the wrapper present. This book was published a few years after the war and I suspect the print run was small which might account for it's in infrequent appearance in commerce. Book is very good+ and bright. Spine a little lightened. Contents are good. Light foxing to some pages. The wrapper is good++ and bright. Small chip to spine base. Spine darkened. Light rubbing and nicks to edges.
