Ernst Leopold, 4th Prince of Leiningen 1830 – 1904 was a German nobleman who served with distinction in the British Royal Navy.Promoted to Captain in 1860, he commanded HMS Magicienne and then the Royal Yacht, HMY Victoria and Albert. He served as Commander-in-Chief, The Nore in 1885–87, was promoted to full Admiral in 1887 and retired from the Navy in 1895. He was the elder son of Carl, 3rd Prince of Leiningen and Countess Marie von Klebelsberg. His father was the maternal half-brother of Queen Victoria of the United Kingdom.Size is 185mm x 115mm.
