She made a career out of looking after her husband, typing all his manuscripts, hammering away at tremendous speed on an Imperial typewriter. She worked through the second, third and fourth drafts and was the only person who could decipher VSP's notoriously spidery handwriting. Book is very good++ and bright. Contents good.
