The letter signed "Henry Irving," to the base and the remaining letter written in the hand of his secretary, Dracula author Bram Stoker. Lyceum Theatre letterhead, June, 1894. Letter is a thank you from Irving. Abraham Stoker 1847 – 1912 was an Irish author, best known today for his 1897 Gothic horror novel Dracula. During his lifetime, he was better known as the personal assistant of actor Sir Henry Irving and business manager of the Lyceum Theatre, which Irving owned. Size is 170mm x 125mm. Condition is good. Light folding creases.
