An Original Handwritten Letter and Envelope Signed by Artist John Piper. Dated 1963. Letter reads 'Dear Mr Giles, Thank you so much for your letter. I have not worked at Glyndebourne for more than 10 years - the last 'Don Giovanni' but one was the latest thing I did there - and I fear I have no sketches whatever that are relevant to productions there. They all disappeared long ago! I am so sorry.
